After the interview with Jonathan, I was whisked into another room, where Hady Mirza, the other finalist for Singapore Idol was already waiting.

Hady comes across as a fun-loving and wacky guy, who is quite a prankster in his relaxing moments.

Dressed in white, Hady intends to give the audience a surprise, as he wants to move away from the "suits direction", which he has don during the competition. Hady has been spending lots of time on the chorography and the Singapore Idol rehearsals. He is looking into improving the emotions he exudes while singing, as the "feel is important".

Although he says that anything from the wardrobe, to a sudden pimple on the forehead, where "you can never expect anything", Hady is contented to have made it into the finals.

"I am happy where I am right now. Winning is not the most important thing," said Hady.

When asked about his opinion on the other finalist, Jonathan Leong, Hady mentioned that Jonathan is "quite a character" and a "good conversationalist". This shows the friendly competition and buddy-like friendship between the two on and off stage.

About his fans, Hady was grateful and appreciative.

"There is no way to thank them enough, especially the effort they've gone through. I really appreciate them," said Hady.

To reward them, Hady promises to "put up a good performance" for the finals.

If he becomes winner, Hady hopes that he can "live up to the expectations of the Singapore Idol tag".
